Role Overview: We're looking for a strategic planner who can wear both hats—Account and Comms Planning—to lead end-to-end thinking from insight to execution. As nimble, ideas-driven agency, we blend strategy, creativity, and media to craft meaningful, results-oriented campaigns that enable clients to exceed their goals.
You’ll uncover insights, develop campaign strategies, and craft briefs that guide both creative and media execution. Your work will bridge the gap between data, creative, and delivery—ensuring our ideas are not just inspired, but also effectively launched into the world.
Who you are:
• You understand that this is a freelance position, and that works for you
• You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field
• You have at least 5+ years of experience in strategy, account planning, or comms/media planning (agency experience preferred). Ideally more!
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and you are able to work in and with teams
• You have strong research and analytical skills with a creative, solutions-first mindset
• You have strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to adapt and overcome issues
• You are a natural storyteller who can translate data into insight and strategy into action
• You have familiarity with media platforms, digital tools, and campaign analytics
• You are comfortable with collaborating across disciplines and presenting to clients
• You are curious, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced, small-agency environment
• You’re very organized, pay attention to every details, and have good planning skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop actionable consumer insights and translate them into compelling strategic frameworks
•Define campaign objectives, key messages, and audience profiles
• Identify KPIs and recommend measurement tools to evaluate campaign success
Channel & Comms Planning:
• Ensure message consistency and channel synergy throughout campaign execution
• Apply creative media thinking to explore non-traditional placements and maximize media impact
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization tactics
• Channel-specific execution guidelines
