Elevating Personal Style

For Christmas 2017, restaurant and retailer Cracker Barrel gifted customers across their 650 stores with a whole new way to shop for their holiday homes—through unique style profiles. Elevating the retailer’s four holiday collections—Traditional, Woodland, Elegant, and Whimsical—redpepper created a series of experiential touchpoints to promote the collections across print, social media, web, and in-store signage. In store, each collection came to life with a vibrant retail display, and dedicated informative theme signage that guided customers through each collection.

Defining the Campaign Look

redpepper brought the look and feel of each collection to life through a custom photo shoot for a collection lookbook available in store. This dynamic print piece was both informational and inspirational, and educated customers on how to shop the entire collection to create a cohesive look at home. A discount code on the back of the lookbook created urgency to shop and save before the holidays.

A Gamified Approach

In an effort to drive digital engagement and boost collection sales, redpepper created content for a fun-filled “What’s Your Holiday Style?” quiz. Optimized for web and mobile, this interactive quiz took customers on a journey through products by way of questions that ultimately revealed their personal holiday style, and promoted select items from each collection.
