Taonii

Rewards you want

##The mobile app that holds you in the palm of its hand We've all been there. You either sign up for some blanket reward system and get bombarded with irrelevant texts and emails, or you miss out on that one reward that you could have used. That's why redpepper created **Taonii**, an app that customizes every offer and engagement to your tastes and preferences. After a buzzy launch as Facedeals in 2012, Taonii re-emerged in 2014 with a robust engine to learn consumers better than any other app. Unlike geo-fencing-based nagware that blindly broadcasts the latest offer, Taonii engages customers while they shop with experiences that are custom tailored to them. The platform allows for richer, more relevant consumer engagement which means happier customers and a healthier bottom line. Rather than information being pushed to a consumer at some random time or location, beacons are starting to be used to pre-identify what information or service a shopper may need and provide that information at the most relevant moment. The consumer creates a profile by responding with a thumbs up or thumbs down to certain categories which helps pre-determine what information is sent to the shopper. This is what technology is all about: making meaningful connections and satisfying real-world needs. As beacons and tailored consumer profiles increase in popularity, big data will help blur the lines between a digital and physical shopping experience.
